Gate Driver ISO5852S , How to test  and Drive IGBT






DESAT saturation pin is working start when high current drop
at collector of IGBT pin.
High current dropping at Collector pin this is depending on
Saturation voltage of IGBT (VcE).




Experiment 1: if we use IGBT whose saturation current min
2.77 Volt and Max saturation current 3.5 Volt,  if high current drop at collector current and
reached to Vmax Vce at saturation level 3.5 volt , then fault condition appeared.


Experiment 2: if we use MOSFET whose saturation current min
10V Volt , if high current drop at SOURCE  , source current and reached to Vmax Vce at
saturation level 10V volt , then fault condition appeared.
